What is Alamast used for? Alamast is used to prevent itching of the eye caused by allergies. Alamast should not be used to treat contact lens-related problems. You may notice decreased itching within a few days, but frequently longer treatment (up to four weeks) is necessary. General Precautions with Alamast?
